Hello,
On Windows 10 pro 1703 and classic shell 4.3.1 the shutdown and restart buttons either do not work or are severely delayed.

Need more information to troubleshoot. Which style of the menu are you using? What exactly happens when you mean "do not work or are delayed"? The menu closes but nothing happens? Delayed? how?

Hello,
When we use the classic shell start menu. When we click on on shutdown, restart etc. nothing happens.

What if you press Win+X and then use one of the Shutdown commands - do they work?
