The bar of classic to explore is to the left! :o
How to put back it to the right?
An idea? :idea:

Go to the control panel (because it has no Ribbon UI) then right click the blank space and unlock the toolbar (if its locked) Then drag classic explorer toolbar to the right, and lock it again.
It should remain, even outside of the control panel
Alternatively you could use 2 or more toolbars.

Thank you Jcee for the answer but the impossible to slide this bar towards the right!
And I do not know how to add a bar the interest to have two of it! :?:

The key here is to have the menu-bar (file, edit, ect)
for that you NEED to be in the control panel folder, before preforming the steps listed.
the change will affect all folders, but must be made from the specified directory..

I preferred uninstalled then reinstalled Classic Shell, to delete all the old keys of register, and everything is back to normal again ;)
