When you change the default setting, the setting is bolded to indicated the default setting has changed.
In version 4.3.0 the bold does not revert back to neutral color when setting is changed back to default setting - it stays bold.

I tried searching for default change setting, but was not allowed, as words are too common.

Right-click on the setting, click on Set Default.

How simple.. I thought several years ago, that it would auto set to default color when manually set back to default?
Thank you for your response.

Seems this is a small bug though... if the setting is set to the default (but not by right-click/Set Default), the setting will always stay bolded, telling the user that it's not set to the default - even though it is.

If the setting is "bold" it means that it is customized, even if the value is equal to the default value. Being default and being equal to the default are not the same thing.

Imagine for example the color setting. When the setting is default, it will use the color of the OS. That color can change when the OS decides to change it. If the setting is not default but matches the current OS color, it will stay the same regardless of what the OS changes it to.

Also from time to time I change the default value in new versions of Classic Shell. If you customized a setting it will stay that way after the upgrade. Otherwise it will get the new default from the new version.
