Hello.
I've found a peculiarity. I'm on Win 10, if it helps.
When a transparent skin has menu glass enabled for color and blur,
I can have a custom pattern image show on the inside programs area of 7 style menu.
Using this text "Programs_background=transparent"
Good.

But if I disable the menu glass setting in CSM, the brightness/color does not match any more.
I can put in this example text instead:

Programs_background=#C8000000
Programs_background_mask=#B50000

Adjusting those transparency/color values makes it match again for glass enabled, and disabled.
But the problem is, now the pattern won't show in the programs area.

Is this a design bug, or do I not know enough ways to get it all working?
I see same thing on someone elses skin.

This is possibly a bug. Can you attach the skin here?

I have not finished the skin yet. It's a top secret mess.
Maybe next weekend, I will release it with, or without a fix. :)

Here is skin from someone else:
startisback plain10 v3.skin7

download/file.php?id=3950
