Hi,
I found this problem with 3.6.8 in Win 8.1 Preview.
After moving/organizing shortcut by drag and drop in start menu, Windows prompt about administration permission to do so, choose yes.
After that left click at classicshell icon there is no response. Right click still working.
Have to quit classic shell and restart to make it work.
