I am running IE 11 on Windows 8.1. I like to have my Internet Explorer on the right side of the screen leaving the icons visible on the left. But about 1 in 3 times of restarting IE starts up on the left side. It also sometimes says Internet Explorer was not properly shutdown and do I want to restore the last session.
I don't know if this is Classic Shell or another problem.
Thanks,
Loir

Classic Shell has no control over the position of IE. To verify that you can temporarily uninstall it, or disable it in the addon settings.

Classic Shell only restores the page title and status bar elements to Internet Explorer. It does not affect IE's functionality in any other way.
