Is there a way to change the icon size in the Classic Shell start menu. With smaller icons I will be able to pin more items too it. I am using it in win 8.1 professional.
Any help would be appreciated.

Some skins have the 'use small icons' option; if you wish to shrink them further, you can edit the .skin or .skin7 file in reshacker (a free editor) |

There are two ways to change the icon size. 1) Either check the "Small icons" option on the Skin tab in Start Menu settings. This will turn main menu icons small. 2) Or go to the Menu Look tab and change "Small icon size" and "Large icon size" values. "The "Small icon size" is used for submenus and "Large icon size" is used for main menu. |
