I did what you guys suggested and captures the crashes. I did it both ways, the Procdump.exe and the traditional WerFault. Here is the link to the 7 crashes.

I hope it's not Classic Shell causing the problem because I seriously want to donate but this has been happening for over 1 year.

FYI It started with Windows 7 and it didn't get resolved when I upgraded the Windows 7 with the free Windows 10 upgrade.

The crash appears related to the "Recent Documents" folder. Maybe you have a link inside it to itself. I would suggest you clear the entire folder and see if the crashes stop.
