Post subject:  Danger zone for click - 4 pixels left and right of the start
I carefully tested version 3.9.0 beta at Windows 8.1 Preview and found the fact that all the problems (broken font, exit explorer, non-opening start menu) only happens when I click in the danger zone - around 4 pixels left and right of the start button and expanding the top and bottom:

In latest build (08.07.2013) no danger zone.
