Buttons:
I think you should create a new folder in the install directory labeled 'Start Buttons' Also when browsing for a start button it should default to this directory, rather than the directory of the current button.
Add a .skinstaller file that can: install a skin(save it to skins directory and select it) (stored within the skinstaller file) apply settings from an xml,(also stored within the skinstaller file) apply a custom start button (again stored within the skinstaller file)
MAYBE even allow it to define the user desktop background, and windows theme.
