I don't know if this dialog box is a re-installation or not, but here is the text (I can no longer attach files, for some reason; IE10 just closes and reopens) ...

Classic Shell Setup
Warning 1946. Property 'System.AppUserModel.ID' for shortcut 'Classic IE Settings.lnk' could not be set.
