From version 4.0.5 it installs Pin To Start (Classic Shell) on the right click context menu on the drive EG C:

The above fix removes it from other context menus but not the drive one.

If there any fix to remove ?

What above fix?
You can disable the pin extension from the Context Menu tab. Check "Disable the Pin shell extension". A log off may be required.

The above one titled Remove Pin To Start Menu (Classic Shell) from context menu

Thanks missed the one in the context menu.
