So why is this a bug report? It does not seem to be related to Classic Shell.

The Windows 10 Creators Update just went through and I now have unclickable shortcuts on my desktop and a second unclickable taskbar underneath my regular taskbar. I uninstalled Classic Shell but nothing changed. It appears that the extra desktop shortcuts are the shortcuts that I had before I even installed Classic Shell and the extra taskbar must be my taskbar before the Creators update went through. |

Yes; sounds like an issue with the creators update, try sfc /scannow (with admin level command prompt) and see if it fixes the problem, otherwise you might need to do a fresh install (luckily windows 10 makes this painless, unluckily, since its so unstable you may need it alot) |
