ex. 1. My Menu items list Beyond Compare Photoshop Computer Settings 2. I am typing com in 'search programs' field 3. Result Beyond compare Photoshop Computer Settings All matching results are bolded, so it's much easier to find what I am looking for |

Oh you mean highlight the search terms like Windows 7 and later Explorer does in yellow. |
