Whichever buttons have icons, they point to icons stored in Windows DLLs. For those buttons which have blank icons, it means you must supply the icon yourself. After you add them by double clicking or dragging from right column to left column, double click the blank item in the left column and an "Edit menu item" dialog will come up. There you can specify how the button looks: its icon, or text label and tooltip which you may need to fill. The "Command" button is already prepopulated so the buttons are working, but just missing their icons.

You can find free icons on the web on sites like IconFinder.com, IconArchive.com etc.

As I said above, you must supply the icon yourself by double clicking in left column, after dragging from right. :)

Here are some nice icons for you to use: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ozkb9av08hnol5n/Icons.zip

1. Download the icons you want and extract them anywhere.
2. Left column indicates buttons which will be shown on the Explorer toolbar. Double click whichever item you want to edit in left column.
3. Legende (or Label) in English means: Name of the command if you want it to show in the button. You must type the name yourself
4. Infos rapides: (in English, Tooltip): The tip that appears when you hover over the toolbar command. You must also type this yourself
5. Icone: (in English, icon). Click the [...] button in the Icon field to bring up the standard Windows choose icon dialog. From there, browse to the icons folder where you extracted them. Click OK twice.

Explorer window must be closed and re-opened for icons to show.
