Custom buttons show on all taskbars regardless the "Show on all taskbars" settings. It seems it has only been fixed for internal buttons.

Is this in version 3.9.0 or 3.6.7?

I can't repro this. Did you restart the menu after unchecking "Show on all taskbars" by right clicking the button and choosing Exit? I have custom button with multiple monitors on 3.6.7 and if I uncheck it, I get the button only on the primary monitor as intended, after the menu is restarted.

In 3.9.0 beta also, it works as intended.
