Copy the skins to C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\Skins.
If the skin has a .skin7 extension, you must switch to Windows 7 style from the Start Menu Style tab in Settings, and then go to the Skin tab to use it. If the skin has a .skin extension, you must switch to Classic/Classic with two columns style and then go to the Skin tab to use it.
