Hello.

Is it possible to get the +, - and square buttons top right, to glow and blur when touched by the :D mouse as in Windows 7 Pro??????

Possibly, with some custom visual style, however Classic Shell does not do such things.

Yes, using a third party theme/visual style. First read How to install and apply third party themes in Windows 10: http://winaero.com/blog/how-to-install- ... indows-10/

Then download and install this theme as per instructions there: http://sagorpirbd.deviantart.com/art/Ae ... -523979941

Note that Windows 10 is a continuously changing OS so when the Windows 10 Redstone update is released, this theme will break/stop working until the author of that theme updates it for Redstone RTM build. Right now it works with RTM and TH2 (November 2015 update).
