Hi, I'm trying to fix the desktop dragging for my little sister, and while classic shell works, it also is a mixture of Danish and English, even when selecting Danish as the language. Every setting in the control panel is listed in English for instance. Since she also likes the new start menu, I was wondering if it was possible to disable the desktop dragging feature, without installing Classic Start Menu?

Kind Regards, Thor.

You can't install only select features of the start menu.
However once installed, you can set the Win key to open the start screen instead of the start menu. Look at the Controls tab in the settings.

Right click the Start button -> Settings. Check 'Show all settings'. Go to the Controls tab and set "Left click opens" to Windows Start Screen. On the Windows 8/8.1 Settings tab, set Disable active corners to All.

As for the language issue, if your base Windows language is English, try installing the Danish dsplay language pack from Control Panel -> Languages.
