Hello,
This might sound like a stupid question but does Classic IE9 support Internet Explorer 10? I'm about to do a clean install of Windows 7 x64 and will install Classic IE9 if it does support Internet Explorer 10.

Yes it fully supports Internet Explorer 10. It also has support for Enhanced Protected Mode introduced in IE10.
