I would like to see an option when an item is clicked in the Navigation Pane, it opens in a new window.
Is this a feature able to be included in Classic Shell?

Try Ctrl+click.

Although this works in Windows 7, it does not work in Vista or Server 2008.
It isn't one click either, it's hold key and click.

Well, a single click is used to navigate. How else are you going to navigate the navigation pane with the mouse?

Good point!
I would be happy with a ctrl+click in the Navigation Pane in Vista or Server 2k8.
...or just have the option in the Favorites links and keep the "Folders" Navigation as is.
It's just annoying to have to use right click and select an option in the context menu.

If you install QTtab, you can go to the "Tab & Window" section in the Settings Dialog Box, and where it says "When Navigation Pane Item Clicked", select "New Window"

It also gives an option for "When Navigation Pane Item Middle Clicked"

options are "New Tab", "New Window" or "Navigate in Place"

I set it to Click to open in new tab, and middle click to open in new window..

I run QT on my win7 system and love it.
However, this feature isn't available on the older versions.
The new Quizo version does not run on Vista or 2008 Server, it requires win7,8
Anyway Thanks for your post!
