I have windows 7 Pro on my Pc. And I have installed Classic Shell. It works but when Turn off the PC the next time I turn it on the Classic Shell is not active. The computer has returned the basic Windows 7 start menu. I have to open Classic Shell and reactivate it.. Am I missing something when activating Classic Shell?

You can download the installer of the Classic Shell version you have installed and run it again. Do a Repair installation. If that doesn't work to make it load at startup every time, go to C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\ from Windows Explorer. Right click C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\ClassicStartMenu.exe. Then go to C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder. Right click in a blank space in this folder and click Paste shortcut.

Maybe you unchecked the setting "Start automatically for this user"?

I would recommend staying on Windows 7 or moving to Windows 8.1 with Classic Shell. Windows 10 is extremely awful.
