Post subject:  Unexpected behaviour in Explorer when using the down arrow

Hi,

Windows 7, CS 4.3

If I have a folder highlighted in the left pane of Windows Explorer, I can see the contents in the right panel as expected. If I use the down arrow to go to a subfolder, so the subfolder is highlighted, I don't see the subfolder's contents until I press the Return key.

For example, in the attached picture, if I have the Examples folder highlighted, if I down arrow to the 'Examples - old' folder, I do not see the contents of the 'Examples - old' folder until I press Return. I would hope to see the contents of the 'Examples - ols' folder as soon as I down arrow to it. If I use the mouse to click on the 'Examples - old' folder, I see its contents straight away.

I think I've seen this before but it's quite a long time ago and I can't remember what the fix was and I can't find it in the Forum.

Can anyone advise please?

Thanks,

Kevin

Post subject:  Re: Unexpected behaviour in Explorer when using the down arr  Topic is solved

Hi,

Please ignore this post. I have fixed this by setting the 'Auto-navigate to the selected folder' parameter to a value of 'Always'.

Thanks,

Kevin
