In case it hasn't already been requested..... A 'Pin to Classic Shell Menu' on the context menu of an application. The only start menu 'Pin to' is for the ModernUI Start screen.

not installed with CS yet, but Ivo gave us this solution to add "Pint o Classic Start Menu".. its easy, and works great:
