I was wondering how to regain the Quick Launch toolbar on my Windows 8.1 Taskbar? I remember finding it on here a while back, but I can't find it now. Can someone please help me out?

One more question, how to bypass the password of Windows 8? I just forgot the login password of my old HP laptop.
