Hello, is it possible to create a start menu skin like in the attached images, with optional transparency? I know the layout doesn't follow the standard position of the items, and I had a hard time with the Resource Hacker. So I'd like to know if it can be done, before losing much more time for nothing.

Cheers.

No, it cannot be done. The Programs tree is only available for the Windows 7 style, which is quite rigid in its layout. It has to be, for features such as the program tree, search and jumplists to make good use of the menu area.
And centering is simply not supported.
