Off White System [Classic skin] Works on CSM version 4.3.0

It's a system looking menu.
I copied the light grey colors from Windows 10 Explorer, Edge, & an appy.

If you see a purple, blue, or green tint, it is color shift in your Lcd monitor.
The only colored part of menu, is aqua blue new programs selector.
This menu has no glass color, no Metro color, no blur transparency, and no gradients.
It could be called, I guess, Flat Vanilla? or Vanilla Minilla Godzilla

...and to think I once joked that Classic Shell was basically an insane overgrown context menu...

It didn't begin that way. Four of the greys are from non active Calculator app.
I read somewhere Win10 has at least eight different context menus.
Maybe nine, counting larger one in Edge.
Can roughly duplicate that Edge one, by increasing DPI in CSM settings.
I was going to use the metro arrows, but noticed Win 10 still uses regular arrows in the system,
albeit small ones. Ivo makes it so the regular arrows resize auto with dpi.
If it was chevrons, need for three sizes of bitmaps, and a 125% option setting put in.
Nah. I think I'll leave the crazy menu name, the way it is.

Next skin name White on White.
