Also, the intensity of the colors for the background CS and the windows do not match.

1) Open color customization
2) Apply random color changes
3) After each apply try open menu

Doesn't happen for me. Try capturing a crash dump as shown here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6

I try record crash dump, but cmd say on it event what "The process has exited." and no dump.

Maybe it is an exception, not a crash. Try the command "procdump -e 1 explorer.exe".
