Key Largo [7 style skin] Use with CSM version 4.3.0
Hi, I had made this skin a year ago, from screenshot of MS Multipoint server (rather nice blue gradient).
Seeing all destruction from hurricane on news, I borrowed the famous Florida Keys road sign,
and stuck it in skin as a user picture.
This skin reminds me of Kokomo song. Gonna be awhile for the Keys to look good again.
As well, this might be last released skin for awhile.

Edit: Added rounder power button for Hidpi.
Added inside border line frame, and metal user picture frame.
Added frames to head. Hooray, I can see better today!
