I am not sure about the difficulty in creating one of these; but for anyone wanting to take on the challenge: Windows 10 start menu; without live tiles; includes transparency (same as Windows 8); extra millimeters from right side of border removed; and instead [of All Apps] says View All. |

Check out the "Metro" skin in the latest Classic Shell version 4.2.1. Also, try changing the color of the Start screen. Also, starting with Classic Shell 4.2.3, the Metro skin in Classic styles allows transparency (on Windows 8) or glass (on Windows 10). |

Starting with Classic Shell 4.2.5, the Metro and Midnight skins support transparency in both columns in Windows 7 style. |
