Try this skin. Go to the Skin tab and check the option "Reduce glass color". You can also try customizing the color from the Menu Look tab "Override glass color". If you customize the color to a different shade of black, you'll have to uncheck "Reduce glass color" to keep the menu close to the shade of black in your screenshot and your button grey.
