 Post subject: Font smoothing issue

I use Windows 8.1 and Classic Shell 4.3.0 and found such an minor issue.
I don't like font smoothing and always turn it off.
But even when I turn it off it still shows me smoothed text in tooltips.

Tooltips are under control of Windows. How they render is part of the theme I think, since they use OS visual styles (themes). Although Ivo can give you a more definitive answer since he's the developer.
