Just done a fresh install of Windows 7 x64 and have used Classic Shell in the past which I love.

But this time I can't get the Classic Explorer file conflict to show at all.

* Tried on and off the option [Enable only in Explorer (improves performance)] with no difference.
* The toolbar is enabled and shown in Explorer (all addons are enabled in IE to)
* I don't have any 3rd party explorer replacments (being a fresh OS install)
* UAC is disabled also.

Tried reinstalling but still shows the old file conflict dialog box.

Hard to troubleshoot. Can't think of anything else or what might be causing it since you have tried everything. Can you export your Classic Explorer settings and upload them here?
