I have a Dell ultrabook (XPS 12) - a laptop that converts to a Metro tablet. Before I installed Classic Shell the Windows icon would switch to the Metro screen. Now it no longer does this despite my attempts to reconfigure it in settings. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Assuming the Windows icon on the tablet corresponds to the Win key on the keyboard, look at the "Windows key opens" setting in the Controls tab.
