Today I installed Windows 10 preview build 11082, and found the classic menu function became unavailable! It worked until the previou build.

Thanks for reporting. Insider builds are expected to break functionality. Every build won't be supported by Classic Shell but it will be updated when the next major update to Windows 10 RTMs or when it is time to release a new version of Classic Shell after certain number of days.
