I find thisfree tool called OldNewExplorer on 'How to Geek' web page from July 6th 2016. I see it as a Classic shell running so it makes me wonder if it may still work. https://www.howtogeek.com/260434/how-to-make-windows-10s-file-explorer-look-like-windows-7s-windows-explorer/# |

Old new explorer replaces the explorer launcher fully, so It will work with classic shell. however you will lose the classic shell toolbar, and other such settings |
