just like in screenshot

so we keep the left section only recently used programs / pinned
while the right will be organized section for programs.

another reason is becasue when i mouseover the left section with registry: "MenuShowDelay"="10" ; sometimes it takes me to all programs when all i wanna do is click on one of the pinned items.
a low menushowdelay is favorable for general usage of all programs.

could you make this possible?

No for Windows 7 style. Already possible for Classic with two columns style. For Windows 7 style, there is also a separate "Delay multiplier for the All Programs button" setting to prevent opening it fast.
