I have a new work laptop with a decent looking Lenovo Aero theme. I need to keep Aero for things like DWM but I would like to disable the transparency.

Taskbar is blackish and window borders (title bar and such) are transparent, hence looking a bit blue because of background.

If I simply disable transparency, both taskbar and window borders become grey. I can change color and everything becomes black, but then Taskbar looks good, but not the window borders...

Is there an easy way to change the taskbar color only, and have window borders look something like grey-blue?

Yes, the latest version of Classic Shell has a feature to override the Taskbar colour and image. It's a bit fiddly, but it should do the job.
