Currently Metro Apps shortcuts are grouped in Apps item, but there is no further possibility to organize this metro apps into folders within this Apps folder unless I am mistaken. If I am mistaken please explain how can I group Metro apps shortcuts into folders. If I am not mistaken this feature would be very "nice to have" in Classic Shell.

Just create a folder anywhere you want using Explorer, create sub-folders inside it and copy shortcuts to Metro apps inside those subfolders.

Add the main folder you created as a Custom item. See this topic: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1582
