please i would like to know does it conflict or doesn't conflict when classic shell start menu, classic shell explorer and 7+ Taskbar Tweaker when installed at a time?

No conflicts. Both can be used at the same time.

Correct, there are no known or reported conflicts between Classic Shell and 7+ Taskbar Tweaker. Both Ivo and myself use 7+TT as well besides Classic Shell.
