Oh man, what a predicament you are in.
Usb memory sticks are so cheap nowadays, at least where I live.
I don't have any helpful information. Way back years ago, there were ways to use a special male to male usb cord, or old serial port transfer cable, or network ethernet direct crossover cable, to connect and transfer files from one computer to the other, not using slow WiFi.
They cost money too, probably more than a usb memory stick, and may not work unless drivers and software are in the Windows repair disc.
